This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to solicit qualifications (Respondents)
with capabilities to design and construct new sprayground improvements for City of
Taylor (“Owner”). For the purpose of this RFQ, “Respondent” refers to any entity or team
that is qualified to provide all of the improvements as listed in this request. It is the
intent of Owner to select the Respondent demonstrating the best overall value to the
Owner, and to enter into an agreement to provide design and construction services for
new sprayground improvements to Owner.
Sealed responses shall be received no later than:

Requests for an electronic copy of the RFQ package may be sent to Rosemarie Dennis at
rosemarie.dennis@taylortx.gov. Clarification of any part of this solicitation must be in
writing at least three (3) business days prior to the due date. Such clarification requests
may be emailed to Mike DeVito at mike.devito@taylortx.gov.
Requested clarifications will be provided to all known responders as a written addendum
to the RFQ. It is the responder’s responsibility to verify the issuance of Addenda in regard to this RFQ.
