Description

This request for Proposal has been developed to seek proposals from qualified firms to serve as a Financial Advisor to the District. The District anticipates using a Financial Advisor to work with the District staff in the structuring and issuance of all bond financings. In November of 2016, the District successfully passed a bond proposal measure of $350 million. $285 million was issued in December of 2016 and the District anticipates issuing the remaining $65 million in the next 12 to 36 months.
