Boulder County is requesting proposals from vendors for Construction Management and Inspection for our upcoming 2013 Flood Recovery Projects in the Fourmile Canyon Corridor. Services required may include, but not be limited to, the work items listed below, and must be performed in a manner that meets the requirements of Boulder County and any federal, state or local funding agency such as FEMA or others when required. Signed Boulder County contracts will include addendums outlining funding agency requirements.

The consultant team may perform a variety of construction management and inspection functions related to the following projects:

Note that the construction dates and work days cited above are estimates and are subject to change. It is anticipated that these projects will begin later this summer or fall, and will be completed in 2018. Consultant team must have the capacity to perform work on all projects simultaneously.

Electronic Submittals must be received in the e-mail box listed below. Submittals sent to any other box will NOT be forwarded or accepted.
