Description

Adams State University (ASU) intends to sole source the procurement of an ASL interpreter for deaf students, from Janelle Paccione, NIC. ASU is located in Alamosa, CO, a rural area, where there are minimal resources for interpreters. If any provider believes this to not be a sole source purchase please respond prior to the deadline providing justifications as follows: 1) Detailed response and documentation of comparative service that can be evaluated to determine exact equivalence or better by ASU Personnel. 2) ASU will be the sole judge of equivalence so complete specifications and qualifications must be provided. 3) All questions and responses to this sole source must be submitted in writing to kristinyoung@adams.edu, only. No phone calls please. 4) Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
