The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified professional firms to provide grounds maintenance services for Arbor Vista Apartments, Linden Pointe Apartments, Nellie Bechtel Apartments, Village Park Apartments, Walnut Park Apartments, Highlands Apartments and GJHA owned vacant lots. GJHA welcomes proposals for individual properties, a group of properties and/or all locations. GJHA reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors or a single contract for all locations to one Contractor, supplier, or service provider.
