Architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (AMEP) design services and to develop construction documents, including an estimate of probable construction costs, for a renovation project at the Dutchess County Department of Community & Family Services (DCFS) involving the service lobby, waiting area, offices and other adjacent spaces on the first floor of the building located at 60 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. Construction administration and construction management
services are included within this scope of services.
