The Town of Snowmass Village is seeking a construction inspection firm to oversee the construction of various large projects over the next two to three years. Services would be required for (4) four hours per day, (4) days per week and would involve inspecting Building (IBC); Mechanical (IMC), (IFGC); Plumbing (IPC); Energy (IECC), (IgCC). Flexible hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday are acceptable. This service should be all inclusive with no additional costs for travel, insurance, benefits, etc. All personnel shall be ICC certified in the required discipline that they are responsible for, combination inspectors are acceptable. A flex office space will be provided for administrative purposes at the TOSV Town Hall with a computer and WiFi connection for inspection and correction inputting.
