The Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth is requesting proposals to support Youth Development programs for youth under the age of 21. Program proposals need to include services, opportunities and supports designed to improve youth outcomes, in the Life Areas, outlined by the Touchstones developed by the New York State Council on Children and Families. Each Life Area has a set of goals and objectives connecting youth to various service systems allowing multiple organizations to collaborate to improve conditions for children and families.
