The Town of Dover seeks proposals for the painting of ceilings, walls and trim for the following areas at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY:
 

  • Town Hall Foyer                                                         
  • Stairway and Meeting Area                                        
  • Hallway to Building Dept. (Hallway # 1)                   
  • Hallway to IT/DTV Office (Hallway #2                    
  • Hallway to Public Restrooms (Hallway 3)       

RFP packets will be available starting Monday, April 18, 2022 by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112, by email at townclerk@doverny.us, on the Town’s website at https://www.doverny.us/bids, and on Empire State Purchasing Bidnet https://www.bidnetdirect.com.  

The space is approximately 2000 sq. and interested bidders may schedule a site visit of Dover Town Hall by appointment scheduled with the Town Clerk at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112 or by email at townclerk@doverny.us) before Friday, May 13, 2022.) 

The work requires preparation and primer on all wall and trim surfaces, then painting with latex interior wall and trim paint (paint type and color approved by the Town and purchased by the vendor and included in the estimate).  This is a public works project and subject to NYS prevailing wages.

The project timeframe is a start date of June 15, 2022 with completion by July 15, 2022.

Project proposals must be received in paper format by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains when they will be opened and publicly read. Interested bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening.  No electronic estimates, quotes or proposal will be accepted.
