TCAT is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the creation of a Transit Development Plan for Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit Inc.(TCAT). It will include an operational analysis and an evaluation of potential changes of TCAT’s existing system and recommendations for implementation of changes to the existing system and/or new services. The requirements are fully described in the Request For Proposals (RFP), Scope of Services. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time of February 14, 2008, 2:00 p.m. local time.
