NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the furnishing, installation and cleanout of overflow drain pits and other miscellaneous work for the period June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023 (with option to extend), will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on April 12, 2022, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.
The Engineer has scheduled a pre-bid meeting starting at 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2022.
The meeting will begin at the 41st Street Well Field and Pump Station, located on the east end of 41st Street, between 40th and 42nd Streets, (49 42nd Street), Brookville Park, Town of Islip. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.

Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid.
