THE CITY OF YONKERS, BUREAU OF PURCHASING, 1 LARKIN CENTER 3rd FLOOR, Yonkers, NY 10701, will accept sealed bids for the following project until 2:00 P.M. on February 15, 2017 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bid 6101 - Twelve month contract to furnish and deliver mechanical joint fittings and ductile iron pipe, as needed. Fittings: Fittings shall be mechanical joint, cement mortar lined, and fittings of all sizes shall be class 250. Fittings shall be made in accordance with American Standard A 21.11/AWWA C 111 latest version. Sealing gaskets, follower glands, lubricant, tee head bolts and hexagonal nuts shall be provided in sufficient quantities for each fitting. All fittings furnished under this contract shall also meet all requirements of ANSI A21.10 AWWA C 110 latest version.
