ITB-EF-2405 - Removal and Disposal of Dewatered Sewage Sludge from the Yonkers Joint WRRF

The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor, equipment and permits for removal and disposal of dewatered sludge at the County’s Yonkers Joint Water Resource Recovery Facility and disposing off site at an approved disposal site. The Contract duration is for three (3) years. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for three (3) additional one-year option periods, with all prices, terms and conditions for each one-year option period remaining the same as the original contract.
