IFB-11.17 - Newburgh Skatepark

See Bid Documents for specifics. Work entails all site work, construction, and finishing of Phase 1 of the Newburgh Skatepark.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: demolition, grading stormwater infrastructure, installation of specialty concrete forming and finishing, consisting of unique concave and convex shapes blended as compound radius curves, and landscape plantings.

Along with the proposed work, the successful respondent is required to comply with HUD Section 3 Requirements, the City of Newburgh Apprenticeship Program and meet the Skatepark specialty qualifications.
