Description

1.   Removal and disposal of excess soil from Rockland County Sewer District projects. Estimated quantity of soil is 15,500 cubic yards. Soil may be classified as nonhazardous contaminated under New York State Department of Environmental Conservation regulations. There are restrictions on disposal for soil that is considered nonhazardous contaminated.

2.   Grading of the sites and installation of topsoil and seed, where required.

     The work is located in the Villages of Hillburn and Sloatsburg in the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, NY.
