RFP-RC-2017-010 - Consulting Services for Phone System Replacement

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide Telecommunications Consulting Services.  It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single consultant or firm.

The project will consist of the following tasks.  Proposers are required to provide pricing for all tasks; although the County may opt to have the awarded vendor only perform certain tasks if required.
 Analysis & Summation of the County’s current voice and data systems;

1. Departmental survey of new phone system requirements;
2. Meeting with departments to obtain and compile current usage data and requirements;
3. Development of Scope of Work & Technical Specifications of the RFP for a new phone system;
4. Assist with developing the evaluation criteria of the RFP;
5. Assist with proposal evaluation;
6. Project Management of the new Phone System Implementation.
