The Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response is seeking to award a contract to a qualified firm (hereinafter may be referred to as “Contractor”) to provide rescue task force and tactical
emergency casualty care training to police, fire, and emergency medical services personnel within Dutchess County, New York.
The goals of this program include, but are not limited to, providing a unified, consistent, operational standard throughout the county that ensures the effective integration of police, fire, emergency medical services, and emergency management personnel during a response to an active shooter / hostile event that will increase the survivability rate of victims who sustain injuries from acts of targeted violence.
