The County of Rockland, Facilities Management Department, is requesting from qualified professional Architectural/Engineering firms, design services proposals for the development and preparation of plans and specifications for the restoration of the Cropsey Farm Barn.

These plans and specifications shall be in complete compliance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, New York State Wicks Law, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), NFPA, ASME, ANSI, OSHA and all other governing agency codes and standards.
