Bid 17-05 - Applied Technology Center - General Automotive Renovations

The work to be performed consists principally of the following:
 Renovations of an existing welding lab and shop space into a general automotive lab.  The rooms are located on the ground floor (slab-on-grade) of the Applied Technology Center (ATC - Building 23), located at 2485 West Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY.  The project includes (but not limited to) selective demolition of existing construction (exterior masonry wall penetrations, interior partitions, concrete floor slab, doors/ frames, finishes, utilities, etc.).  Some items are to be salvaged for reuse.  The existing space will be opened up to provide an automotive service instructional space.  New construction will include (but not limited to) cast-in-place concrete, exterior and interior masonry, misc. steel, roofing, gypsum board partitions, doors/frames/hardware, sectional door, finishes, plumbing, fire protection revisions, lighting, power, data, and HVAC.
