The County of Saratoga (herein called the “Owner”) invites bids on the form attached hereto. All blanks must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received by the Owner at the Department of Services, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020, until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
