Description

The purpose of this RCO is to purchase a 30’ x 60’ x18’ center height BigTop Manufacturing fabric shelter or approved equal meeting or exceeding the specifications in this RCO. Delivery shall be to the Department of Public Works (DPW), 843 Fair Street, Carmel, NY 10512. This bid is for the material and associated options indicated only. Construction and erection are not included in this solicitation and will be performed by DPW staff.

To be considered for award, offerer must provide a delivery timeframe ARO as well as an installation plan including required number of DPW staffing, equipment and a timeframe to construct. This information will be utilized in the evaluation to determine award.
