It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for a vendor(s) to provide premium cold cut products for use in food preparation to the Orange Ulster BOCES and the following school districts who have filed requirements letters and on whose behalf this bid is issued: Chester Union Free School District, Florida Union Free School District, Goshen Central School District, Greenwood Lake Union Free School District, Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District, Orange-Ulster BOCES, Pine Bush CSD, Tuxedo Union Free School District, Warwick Valley Central School District, Cornwall Central School District, Valley Central School District, Washingtonville Central School District, , Port Jervis City School District, Monroe-Woodbury Central School District, Marlboro Central School District, and Middletown City School District.
Any other district wishing to utilize this bid must first arrange for a cross-contract through Orange –Ulster BOCES.
