Summary of Specifications:
Deaf Training System is a turnkey system that consists of (1) teacher carrel (4) student carrels. The Deaf Training System is a carrel system utilizing a combination of hardware and software to create an interactive learning environment for deaf students. It provides deaf students with the ability to learn by providing instruction, training and practice of four basic drills; Voice to Sign, Sign to Voice, Voice on Videotape, and Sign on Videotape. These four drills can be preformed individually, in pairs or in groups. The teacher can monitor each student as well as interact on a “face to face” basis within the carrel set up. Along with each Deaf Training System is a complete documentation including “as-built” drawings and a 25 minute open caption training video.
