Bid #09-23/24 - Water Treatment Plant & Distribution System Plumbing, Maintenance, & Repair

Bids must be clearly labeled and submitted to Karen Carroll, Purchasing Agent, at 60 North Salem Road, Cross River, New York 10518 by 11:00 am on January 4, 2023.  Costs incurred in connection with the preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the bidder. Any bid received after the time stated in the Notice to Bidders will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the District. Whether sent by mail, or by means of personal delivery, the bidder assumes responsibility for having its bid deposited on time at the place specified. To be considered, one original, plus two (2) copies, of the bid, including attachments, must be received by 11:00 am on January 4, 2023. Incomplete bids may be rejected by the District as non-responsive. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all proposals submitted.
