BID# 05-22/23 - BID# 05-22/23 Landscaping & Grounds, Preventive Maintenance

The Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District is requesting bids from qualified firms to perform landscaping and grounds preventive maintenance for the Katonah-Lewisboro School District

1. Scope of Work to be Performed.
   1. All necessary labor, material, and equipment to accomplish the following but not limited to:

1. Mowing and weed trimming.
2. Seeding.
3. Organic, phosphate-free fertilizing of turf and shrubs.
4. Edging of sidewalks and curbing.
5. Pruning of Shrubs.
6. Top Dressing.
7. Core aeration.
8. Planting of flowers, trees, and shrubs.
9. Clearing fence lines.
10. Organic weed control.
11. Application of compost and mulch (including playground mulch).
12. Ball field repair.
13. Irrigation system maintenance, repair, and winterization.
14. Reconditioning, maintenance and repair of synthetic turf fields and clay infields.
15. Removal of vegetation/debris associated with the above work.
16. Brush-mowing, brush-hogging.
17. Erosion mitigation.
