The School District is soliciting the services of qualified and certified firms to provide AUTOMATED DIGITAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS (BMS) preventive service, maintenance and repair for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, to begin on July 1. The services are to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
B. Scope of Work to be Performed
1. All necessary labor, material, and equipment to accomplish the following, including but not limited to:
a. Install and upgrade automated direct digital controls software.
b. Install AUTOMATED DIGITAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS (BMS) automated direct digital controls.
c. Troubleshoot control systems.
d. Integrate with other systems, such as boiler monitoring and BACnet equipment.
e. Develop and maintain building operation systems.
f. Provide BMS platform graphics for building-specific applications.
g. Provide BMS operator training as needed for building maintenance and custodians.
h. Provide annual building management systems and automated system controls performance report to the District.
