Description

The purpose of this RFEI is to obtain proposals for programs and services to reach individuals with opioid use disorder and connect them to housing and work opportunities that sustain long-term recovery. It is imperative that any resources for treating opioid and other substance use disorder (SUD) be buttressed with other vital supports that allow individuals to obtain physical safety, economic stability, and connection with their community. Recovery means living a full life that fulfills one’s vision of wellness.
This RFEI may lead to a development agreement and/or contract for services between the selected respondent(s) and Ulster County. The contract will contain all the required services necessary to complete the Project as specified in this RFEI and any other negotiated requirements.
