RFP-DES01-24 - Multi-Jurisdictional Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Update

Orange County (“County”) by and through its Department of Emergency Services, Division of Emergency Management (“OCEM”) is soliciting a qualified consultant to develop a Multi-Jurisdictional Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Update to the 2018 Orange County Multi-Jurisdictional All Hazard Mitigation Plan for the County. FEMA has approved funding for Orange County’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, sub-application 4567-0018, awarded through the NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, under which the County will engage in the process of multi-jurisdictional mitigation planning to produce a Multi-Jurisdictional, Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for the County.
