The project includes a new addition to the Rome City Hall building at 198 North Washington Street, infilling an existing breezeway on the ground floor. Work will include demolition of existing curtainwall, excavation for new foundations, and construction of a new 3,500 sf space with new entry, lobby, community room, and restrooms, and security upgrades throughout the building. The project also includes replacement of the steel framed windows throughout the entire facility.
