Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the City of Newburgh, NY (“City”). The City is soliciting written proposals from qualified Proposers for the procurement of a turnkey and comprehensive parking meter system to be owned by the CITY and maintained by the Proposer. As a Request for Proposals, this is not an invitation to bid and although price is important, other pertinent factors will be taken into consideration.
The successful vendor will be expected to enter into a not-to-exceed Services Contract with the City.
