The Consulting City Arborist will direct the planting, cultivation, pruning, and maintenance of trees including pest management. The selected arborist will work with the City of Newburgh Department of Public Works & the Conservation Advisory Council to perform this work.

All proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on June 9, 2023.
Respondents must submit three hard copies and one digital copy (on a flash drive) of their proposal as outlined below. Faxed or electronic submissions will not be considered.
Submitted proposals must be sealed and marked “RFP#9.23 – Consulting Arborist”
