The City of Newburgh is soliciting bids for removal of two (2) oil-fired boilers and replacement with natural-gas fired boilers located at 125-129 Grand Street, Newburgh, New York. The Mechanical Work includes removal of existing boilers, oil piping, oil burners, miscellaneous piping, valves, controls, etc. and installation of new high efficiency gas fired boilers and accessories. All Work is subject to prevailing wage rates and requires submission of original certified payrolls as a condition for payment.
