The Contractor will be retained by Broome County to assist in establishing, administrating and maintaining a program of special assistance to Broome County Government employees, namely the Employee Assistance program (EAP) as described herein. The EAP will provide a comprehensive range of services including development of an implementation plan, access to short term prepaid counseling, case management services, program promotion, program evaluation, and referral for long term or specialized services beyond EAP. The Contractor shall warrant that its work will conform to the highest professional standards in its field.
