Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) provide a detailed yet brief description of relevant corporate experience with state government and private sector. The experience of all proposed subcontractors must be described. The narrative must thoroughly describe how the Offeror has supplied expertise for similar contracts and must include the extent of their experience, expertise, and knowledge as a provider of worker’s compensation claims and the basis for approvals and denials of such claims. All claim adjuster experience provided to the private sector will also be considered. b) provide a detailed/brief resume/bio of all key personnel Offeror proposes to use in performance of the resulting contract, should Offeror be awarded. Key personnel are identified as claims adjusters, principles, claims investigators. The offer must include key personnel education, work experience, relevant/applicable certifications/licenses. c) indicate the average number of Rx claims processed by your organization on an annual basis and what types of claims are processed by your organization. d) describe at least two project successes and failures of an adjuster engagement specifically for worker’s compensation PBM claims. Include how each experience improved the Offeror’s services.
