NOTICE OF RFP
 
The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq.
 
Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. in the Purchasing Department, Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey, at which time and place responses will be opened and read for:

Specifications and instructions will be available from the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, on Friday September 2, 2016 during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The RFP will also be accessible from the Morris County Park Commission’s website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids/Vendor Registration” link.  The Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
 
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, c 127) and N.J.A.C. 17-27-1 et seq.
