Sealed bids will be received by the Township of Verona, Verona Town Hall, Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, NJ 07044 in the County of Essex and State of New Jersey on April 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. prevailing time, and then publicly opened and read aloud for: CONTRACT #2024-02 RECONSTRUCTION OF DOUGLAS PLACE
The work to be performed under this contract includes milling and resurfacing of Douglas Place including the installation of new inlets and pipes. The project also includes the spot replacement of curbs, driveways, curb pieces, and other incidentals.
Principal items of work in the project include:
· 2,360 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3” or Less
· 345 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course
· 188 L.F. 14” Ductile Iron Sewer Pipe
The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed.
