CC 17-46 - Morris County Railroad Operations Management, for the obtaining of proposals from qualified railroad operators for Morris County’s three branch lines – A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 29, 2017, at 10:00 AM in the offices of the Morris County Department of Engineering and Transportation (MCDET), 10 Court Street, 2nd Floor, Morristown, New Jersey. This conference will afford prospective operators an opportunity to clarify any points or questions regarding this RFP. All prospective operators are encouraged to attend.
