Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Dundee wastewater treatment plant uses a membrane bioreactor for secondary treatment. These membranes were installed in 2005 and are nearing the end of their useful life. The Village desires an engineering consultant to conduct preliminary design, prepare a SRF project plan, conduct final design, administer construction, and perform resident engineering. In accordance with SRF rules, the Village will select a consultant using a qualifications-based selection.
