Sealed proposals for the construction of the 2023 HMA Patching Program will be received by the Village of Beverly Hills until 11 a.m. Local Time on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.

The 2023 HMA Street Repair Program in the Village of Beverly Hills shall consist of approximately the following in various locations:
• 2,900 syd of HMA patch repairs with as-needed base repairs
• 4,000 syd of milling 2 inches of the existing pavement and replacement of HMA with as-needed base repairs
• 24,000 syds of capesealing
