The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is soliciting qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal to assist the Township with the preparation of a comprehensive update to the Master Plan for the Township. The Master Plan was last updated in full in 2010, and there has been substantial redevelopment since that time, including revisions to the Township Center District Overlay, a Housing Market Study and the formation of a Carbon Control Committee. The Township is therefore seeking a comprehensive update to the Master Plan which will serve as the principal planning document for West Bloomfield’s future development.
