Building Addition to the existing Filter Area at the Water Plant to add two new Filter Tanks. Work includes masonry and wood timber Building Addition, concrete filter tanks; related piping, pumps and controls. Electrical work includes new lighting for the entire Filter Area, power for new equipment; relocation of underground site electrical within the work area; lightning protection system for entire building roof. Sitework includes excavation, concrete retaining wall, access drive to New Addition, packaged pump station and miscellaneous landscape restoration.

• Meeting attendees must provide and wear a personal face covering; social distancing is
required. Entry to the Plant will be in accordance with Owner’s current COVID-19 policy for
Visitors which will be explained upon arrival.
