The bidding documents consist of plans and specifications as prepared by Gazall Lewis & Associates, Foresite Design Inc., and Meridian Land Surveying Inc. Documents may be purchased from ARC-Grand Blanc, 8226 Embury Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439, (810.695.9500). Complete construction documents and bidding instructions will also be provided on the Lurvey Construction Procore Portal, Construction Association of Michigan (buildwithcam.com), or through Swartz Creek Community Schools postings on Bidnet and Sigma. Interested parties can access Lurvey Procore portal by contacting Kyle Hulett, Project Manager, at khulett@dwlurvey.com, and requesting access to the project. The documents will be available Monday, April 22nd, 2024.

Bids must be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m., EST, May 8th, 2024, to Swartz Creek Community School Offices located at 8354 Cappy Lane, Swartz Creek, MI 48473. Each proposal must be submitted, in duplicate, on the forms furnished and must be completed in full per the bidders’ instructions. Each proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the bidder, the Trade Work Category being bid, and addressed to the attention of Swartz Creek Community Schools, 8354 Cappy Lane, Swartz Creek, MI 48473, and c/o Lurvey Construction.
