Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals will be due by May 1, 2024. Please note this project is funded by a National Park Service Grant and as such the selected consultant proposal will require review and final selection approval by the National Park Service in addition to the Grand Rapids City Commission. Contracts will be developed and signed upon receipt of approval by both parties.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation and as determined eligible in the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), 54 U.S.C. 300101 et seq. Survey and research to be conducted in accordance with National Register Bulletin 15: How to Apply the National Register Criteria for Evaluation.
