RFQ-DG-2024-04-23-002 - CDBG Home Rehab HVAC A/C Condenser

The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Residential Home Rehab. This rehab project includes the removal and replacement of an air cooled condenser unit. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act.

Per local policy both a performance and payment bond equivalent to the full value of this contract will ONLY be required (prior to beginning work) if the contract amount exceeds $50,000. Taxes and permit fees DO apply.

• All work is to meet local code inspection standards.
