The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids until Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. for Fifteen Mile Road Resurfacing, Cavant Dr. to Mound Road, City Project #16-285, and Clinton River Road Resurfacing, Schoenherr to Saal Road, City Project #17-296 at the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to cold-mill approximately 42,000 s.y. of concrete pavement, paving approximately 11,400 tons of asphalt and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal.
A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
