Rideshare Transportation Demand Management Software System

SEMCOG seeks a web/cloud-based mobility options, trip planning and Transportation Management Software System for the existing Southeast Michigan region’s Commuter Connect program. Work associated with this scope of services includes:

SEMCOG’s primary objective is to provide a Rideshare matching system with a simple user interface that is easy and intuitive for people to use and for SEMCOG to administer.
A secondary objective is to develop a transportation management platform that will effectively connect commuters with an array of transportation options that best fit their needs, including but not limited to carpool, vanpool, public transit, hybrid work, remote work and nonmotorized travel (walking and biking) options, while collecting and reporting air quality data and benefits.
SEMCOG will entertain proposals for Software as a service (SAAS) or Application Program Interface (API) solutions.
