23-017 - House Demolition at 49625 Romeo Plank Road

Macomb Township is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of vacant structures on a property owned by the Township of Macomb.  The vacant structures are located at 49625 Romeo Plank Road.  By responding to this request, the undersigned (“Bidder”) agrees to perform all work necessary for the demolition and disposal of the dwellings and any accessory structures such as garages/sheds, basement walls and floors, foundations, footings, slabs, driveways, and approach up to the curb line on the property in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
