Sealed bids for the CDSMI Water Service Investigation will be received by the Clerk of the OWNER, the Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, Michigan 48042 until 10:00am, Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. This project will be evaluated on a qualification-based selection process. Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its workplan, staff experience, schedule and price. As such, proposal prices will not be read at bid opening.
The project consists of investigating the water service material on public and private property per EGLE’s Minimum Service Line Material Verification Requirements and also includes miscellaneous pavement, driveway and sidewalk restoration and vegetative restoration, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER.
