Sealed bids for the 2023-2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation by Full Length CIPP Lining project will be received by the Clerk of the Owner, the Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, Michigan 48042 until 10:30 am on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. This project will be evaluated on a qualification-based selection process. Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its price, workplan, staff experience, and schedule. As such, proposal prices will not be read at bid opening.
The project consists of the rehabilitation by full length CIPP lining of sanitary sewers in continual use. The 2024 project consists of the CIPP Lining of 14,350 LF of 10”-24” sanitary sewers and 140 LF of 12” storm sewer. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer.
