A mandatory walk-through inspection will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (EST) at 4315 Dexel Drive, Burton, 48519. All contractors submitting a bid must attend this walk-through inspection and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the walk-through. This walk-through will afford contractors the opportunity to inspect the home, measure, take pictures, and ask questions. An attendance sheet will be provided and shall serve as a document verifying attendance. (Not required if you attended the previous walk-through Wednesday, June 14, 2023)
